Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot issue refunds for items damaged in shipping. In this case, you must file a complaint with the carrier, which we will support.
