Made by Chris of Heliconia Furniture Design, it was originally designed with a clients small living room in mind, the style of the table is inspired by the gait of running horses and the pedestrian Motorway bridges.

Chris' work involves mostly low turnover, specialist work. His practice is deliberately kept small scale with slow production and a short custody chain.
Most of his pieces, made in his workshop in South London, are focused on materiality, and the specific provenance of the timber is of paramount importance.
