We are a small independent business working with and supporting other small independents who each have their own return policies. Please see the individual items for more details.

Please do not send items back to the makers until you have been advised of the correct return address and approved the return/refund amount. Some orders may require returns to multiple makers. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards are treated as cash, therefore we will not be able to replace/refund if lost or stolen. No change or refunds will be given if you don’t use the full amount of your purchase, however any balance remaining may be applied on future purchases as long as the Gift Voucher is still valid.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Once approved, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
